Lis, the rental agent, made sure all our needs were met including a car seat and a cod for the toddler in our family. All of our questions were answered right away, either via email or phone call. She also showed us various villas we can consider for our next visit. She was the most professional and sincere agent I dealt with. The staff at Tanju Bali were also great. They went beyond our expectation in making sure our stay was pleasant. The chef prepared delicious meals thrughout the day. All of the staff works full time at the villa, so we really felt we were in good hands."
