Villa Kalyani is located in the idyllic Canggu area, on Bali's south west coast. The stunning greenery and untouched sandy beaches of the town add to Villa Kalyani's charm and impressive range of facilities.

In addition to being a reasonable walk to the beach, conveniences such as a private TV room with projector screen, in and outdoor sound systems, a private DJ booth and several ipod docks, make for unforgettable music-coated sunlight hours. The 22 x 5.5 meter swimming pool and 7 x 3 meter lunge pool by the villa's lovely garden allow for cool and private midnight dips.

Each of Villa Kalyani's five bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two guests per room. The nightly tariff represents the cost per night for a maximum of two guests per  bedroom. The rate also includes the use of a car with driver for up to 10 hours per day ( excluding petrol).

Located in the fishing village of Canggu, home to some of the most impressive villas on the island, Villa Kalyani offers the double attraction of being close to the shops and restaurants of Seminyak, whilst the stunning greenery and untouched sandy beaches of the area also present a fascinating insight into the traditions of rural Bali. The location offers easy access up to the mountains and rice terraces on the western slopes of the island; it is one hour's drive from the famous cultural and artistic town of Ubud, and just 25 minutes' drive from the Sunset Route, gateway to the Eastern side of the island. It is also convenient for all of Bali's shopping malls and main tourist attractions. The international airport is 30 minutes' drive. The trendy Seminyak area, with its wide choice of international restaurants - including the famous ‘Ku Dé Ta', ‘Kafé Warisan', ‘Living Room', ‘Hu'u', ‘La Lucciola' and ‘Sarong' - together with a plethora of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, lavish spas and elegant boutiques, is 25 minutes' drive away.

Villa Kalyani enjoys near proximity to the prestigious Canggu Club and grants all registered guests full access to the club for the duration of their stay.   • Rates are quoted in US dollars
  • All prices are subject to 15% tax and service charge
  • Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights (Low), 3 nights (High) and 7 nights (Peak)
  • Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
  • A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
  • Private airport transfers included
  • A 30% - 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
  • For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
  • Deposits will be refunded in full less administration fee subject to approval from the villa owner, if the reservation is cancelled 90days or more prior to arrival. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Final Payments are non refundable
  • Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
  • Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
  • The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.
