Together with the sun bathing areas around the swimming pool and a shaded seating area in the garden, guests can always find a private spot for peace and quiet. The villa has been designed to take full advantage of the warm tropical breezes and is set in beautifully landscaped lush gardens.

The Bedrooms
Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, mini bar, flat screen TV, DVD player and safe deposit box. The master bedroom comes complete with Jacuzzi and both indoor and outdoor shower options. All rooms overlook the pool and garden and offer complete privacy.

Dining Room
An open sided poolside room which is perfect for either fine or casual dining and can comfortably seat twelve.

Living Pavilion
A spacious elevated lounge, complete with a bougainvillea garden terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and frangipani trees and is a perfect setting for pre or after dinner drinks or just chilling out at any time of the day. This is the owners’ favourite room.

Ground Floor Lounge

Gym & Swimming Pool
The private gym and swimming pool will help to keep you in shape in spite of the delicious 'in villa' dining. The gym, which contains a treadmill, cross trainer, free weights, adjustable bench and stretching mats, opens up on two sides to colourful tropical flower gardens. The swimming pool forms the centre piece of the villa.

Staff
With a full time staff of seven, comprising a villa manager, a chef and five butlers, Villa Shinta Dewi provides the superior service one would expect of a luxury rental Bali. At least one member of staff will be available 24 hours a day to provide assistance with any of your holiday needs. Our experienced Chef, who can prepare anything from snacks to a five course Western dinner or a wide range of Asian dishes, will cater for all your dining requirements in the modern, well equipped kitchen.   • Rates are quoted in US dollars
  • All prices are subject to 15% tax and service charge
  • Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights (Low), 3 nights (High) and 7 nights (Peak)
  • Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
  • A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
  • Private airport transfers included
  • A 30% - 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
  • For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
  • Deposits will be refunded in full less administration fee subject to approval from the villa owner, if the reservation is cancelled 90days or more prior to arrival. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Final Payments are non refundable
  • Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
  • Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
  • The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.
