Located within walking distance from the famous Petitenget Beach and walking distance from busy restaurant district of Jalan Laksmana, and within easy striking distance from many of the islands hotspots such as Lalu Ciola, The Living Room, Hu'u, Mykonos and Kudeta Restaurant.

Your Balinese Home is affectionately called Cinta, the Indonesian word for Love. This three bedroom dual level home has great character and taste with extraordinarily beautiful interior works. Cinta also has its own billiard room.

Cinta has three bedrooms all with attached bathrooms offering the highest level of furniture fittings and appointments. All villa rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and flat screen TV's with DVD Player.

Each home is serviced by private butler service. Overnight laundry and pressing, each suite has a personal in-room Safety Box, Telephone Line, DVD Player, TV Cable, Wireless Broadband (Wi-Fi), Bathroom amenities include make-up shaving mirror, hair dryer, ceiling fans, bathrobe, slippers, towels and collection of high quality THE SHANTI RESIDENCES & RESORTS amenities. 24hours power supply and supported by round the clock security services.

  • Rates are quoted in US dollars
  • Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights (Low), 5 nights (High) and 7 nights (Peak)
  • Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am
  • A late check out until 6pm is subject to availability and will incur a half-day rental fee
  • Private airport transfers included
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high) and 60 days (Peak) prior to your arrival
  • For last minute booking, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation and as it is difficult for the client to wire the payment, we will accept cash (2003 or newer, unmarked USD banknotes – F series or newer only) on arrival. However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
  • For bookings that are cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the total room reservation value.
  • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, all payment will not be refundable.
  • No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee from the total room reservation value
  • Final Payments are non refundable
  • Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
  • Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
  • The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.
