Villa Modumbi

Villa Modumbi was built in 2003, mainly accomplished in teak and iron wood that is coming from the island of Borneo. The villa consists of 2 structures; the two storey Main Villa and Dependent Room which is newly added as a 3rd double bedroom.

This simple haven has a large garden with swimming pool and faces a two story house with a long open verandah with the dining area and living area. Big dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people is located in the corner of verandah and next to the dining area; a fully equipped kitchen is situated. Further next to the living, you will find a pond bale to spend your time relaxing during the day.

One step up, inside the house is a comfortable TV room equipped with a comfortable big sofa, a flat screen TV with international channels and DVD player where you can watch your favorite movies. Flanked to the TV room, there is a 2nd bedroom en-suite bathroom.

There is a full-equipped kitchen and spacious indoor-outdoor bathroom with tub facing an inner garden courtyard.

The large upstairs master bedroom with its own rest room is with wooden floors with wardrobe and study desk, opening up to a balcony overlooking the garden.

A dependent third bedroom en-suite bathroom is located near the entrance of the villa. This air- conditioned bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, DVD player and safe box.

This villa is ideal for a small family, couples or friends that wish to find peace in an area that is close to everything in Seminyak.
