Entrance is through a covered walkway, through the main door. The foyer opens into the dining room and living room areas. The fully modern kitchen is located on the left side of the living room with open-air guest ‘powder-room/restroom at the end of the room. Opposite of the kitchen are laundry preparation area. Both kitchen and laundry preparation are completed with separate service entrance.
The two bedrooms are located side by side to the right of the dining/living room direction. Both bedrooms have indoor showers, cable television, air-conditioning and facing directly the 10x 4 m pool and its surrounding spacious tropical garden landscape.

Chimera Villas complex has security and staff present 24 hours per day. The team consists of a villa manager, an assistant manager, 2 butlers/chefs, 3 cleaning staff, 1 engineer, 1 gardener and 3 security guards.

Balance of payment is due 30 days (low), 45 days (high), 60 days (peak) prior to your arrival
If the reservation is cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival (61 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings), deposits will be refunded in full less US$250.00 OR 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater). Please note that if multiple villas are booked, a cancellation fee will be applied for each individual villa. Reservations cancelled less than 46 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate for the loss of other potential bookings. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. Final payments are non-refundable.
Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.
The annual event Sanur Village Festival (SVF) will be held. The festival that has reached its fifth year has targeted to reach 20 thousand visitors this year, both domestic tourists and international tourists.
